Some people go to Latin America for plastic surgery and end up in a morgue. I am not saying that all doctors kill their patients, but there are some very good doctors in Latin America, but they are expensive and the United States. Think ahead of the examination of economic health (South America or the U.S.) to you, your body and why you deserve a good doctor. If you do not even know the qualifications of the doctor, please do not! Research well before you do your life in the hands of someone that I do not think to save money.
