Red, cold hands? - cold red hands
My hands are almost always very cold. Whenever someone touches my hand and said, "Woah frozen your hands, even if it feels hot to me. They are also often associated with flushing (also covered in the legs) which is not strange because my friend is sometimes , but not both. theres no pain or anything, but I do not know what is it?

You seem to miss the iron. Your body usually takes the heat of the hands and feet and legs, if you are not getting enough iron, which have supported the body to produce heat.
Check with your doctor. My friend has the same thing. He was diagnosed with Raynard (sp?) To the disease. It has something to do with the blood circulation and heart.
Their white skin is pink, not oil.
